♪ Kalafina
Bias: Wakana
They are one of the first few artists I loved, and was stanning before I even knew the concept of 'fandom' and 'stan'. Even when they have disbanded, this group remains my most favorite group to date. Each of their voices are unique, the compositions are great, their lyrics are amazing, their discography has tons of variety, their Lives are beyond amazing, and they made songs for some of the most epic anime like Kuroshitsuji, Kara no Kyoukai, Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica, and let's not forget Fate/Zero! What's there not to love?
The only thing I regret is stanning them AFTER their official disbandment. However, each of them are all carving their own paths, and I wish them luck and will continue to support them the best I can.
Recommendation: Seventh Heaven, Magia (quattro), Ongaku

Bias: Namjoon
Currently the world's biggest Boy Group, a group that has been touching hearts and changing people for the better wherever they go. What do I say about them? That every aspect of them is amazing? I truly have no words about their impact. This is a group that proves to us time and time again that there is hope still left for this world.
These are people that pour their mind, body and soul into music. These are people that genuinely care for their fans. These are people that have saved people, have encouraged people to step forth and run towards their dreams with hands outstretched, to believe in themselves, and to most importantly, to love ourselves and show others the same love.
I was a local that disliked anything mainstream, but I stumbled across their music by accident, and I am glad I did. It changed me for the better.

Bias: Wakana
In the early days of me stanning Kalafina, there was nothing else for me to do other than sift through the legacy they left behind. And lo and behold, I found this group which Keiko and Wakana of Kalafina had previously been part of. That started my journey of discovering their roots.
Again, I do NOT regret finding this group. Their music, written and composed by the almighty Yuki Kajiura, was something extremely unique and beyond what I had heard before, even from Kalafina. It took me a long time to start liking their music, but once I did...there was a whole new world of Yuki Kajiura's amazing compositions to discover. They have some of the most unique and amazing music I've ever heard, and if you already like Choirs and Classical music, this will be an ABSOLUTE TREAT.
Fun Fact: FictionJunction does NOT use playback in most of their lives (unless to compensate for an absent member or instrument). So all the sounds you hear in the lives? All the instruments? The vocals? The harmonies? ALL LIVE.
Recommendation: In My Long Forgotten Cloistered Sleep, Gaika, Mezame

♪ Yuki Kajiura
Truly a Goddess when it comes to composing music, there is no equal. She is the songwriter and composer of FictionJunction and Kalafina, and has made many famous songs like LiSA's 'Homura', 'From the Edge', and many well known Aimer songs. She has also worked on the music of many well-known anime like Puella Magi Madoka Magica, .hack//Sign, the Fate series, SAO and Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.
I don't have any words for her, really, she is someone who can make even gibberish sound enchantingly beautiful, and she has proven exactly that countless of times. How do you even compare to that kind of skill? How do you put that into words?
And her lyrics...I swear her lyrics are almost as poetic as Namjoon's. I think about it daily, about what would happen if you let Namjoon and Yuki Kajiura meet and let them make music together. What sounds would they come up with? What beautiful verses would they form together? What would be the result of it? Something absolutely beautiful, for certain.
Recommendation: Sis Puella Magica, Cynical World, Ensei, Sand Dream
